“I have been in love with the practice of yoga since I took my first class at the age of 12. A favorite instructor finally convinced me to undergo teacher training, and I am very excited to be sharing my passion for yoga with others now. Yoga means “union,” and the practice of asana, or the physical poses, is a wonderful way to achieve balance between mind, body, and spirit. My style of teaching is based on classical yoga poses done in a flowing, vinyasa style, coordinated with the breath, as well as static poses for strength, along with slow deep stretching, modified for each individual depending on fitness level and any injuries.
