Fitness Philosophy
Andrea found her love for sports and fitness through years of being involved in many different types of activities including tennis, volleyball, swimming, and dance. She played on the women’s volleyball team at University of Georgia , working under the nation’s finest strength and conditioning coaches. After enduring a knee injury, she found her love for aerial dance, working in the air on various types of equipment. She has been performing professionally and teaching the art for over 8 years. It was through this journey that the importance of strength combined with flexibility and balance became apparent as a necessity not only in sport – but in life. She believes the existence of all three is necessary for everyone and that anyone is capable of achieving them through persistence, determination, and a bit of motivation.
