“I have been in the health and fitness field for more than 10yrs, working as a Medical Assistant and Personal Trainer, so health and fitness is very important to me. It allows me to help people and motivate them in to living a healthier lifestyle through exercise. We all have a purpose in life, each one of us with our own talents and skills that should be used to help make a positive impact in someone’s life and in the world. I believe my purpose in life is in fitness, to help people to reach their fitness goals no matter what their age or fitness capabilities are.
Everybody can start exercising, it doesn’t matter what shape you’re in or what age you are, you’re never too old and it’s never too late, fortunately, exercise doesn’t have any size or age limit, so go for it! There are many medical benefits to exercise; it will reduce your risk for developing Heart Disease, Diabetes, and High Blood Pressure. There are also many physical benefits to exercising, such as building lean muscle mass and reducing body fat. Exercise is not only about looking good on the outside but also how you feel about yourself on the inside. You have to first love yourself and care enough about your health to want to exercise.”
