“As a Fitness Motivator, I feel it is important to help clients reach and maintain their personal fitness goals. In order to achieve optimal fitness, an individual has to commit to making a lifestyle change. It’s important to combine good nutrition with a good exercise regime on a daily basis in order to feel good inside and out. As a Trainer, it’s important to mentally set my clients’ to train their body, not only for the present, but for the future. After competing in Track and Field for 8 years and having a baby, I still find it important to properly train my body every day to maintain the athletic physique that I have become accustom. It’s important that I include fitness and nutrition in my life no matter how busy my life as Mom and Trainer gets.”
