“Because of my dance/acting background, I keep my exercise routine well rounded by combining strength training, flexibility training, and cardiovascular conditioning into workouts. I exercise to maintain health and vitality throughout life. I also expect the same of my clients. Exercise not only feels good but also reduces the risk of developing lifestyle related diseases (stroke, diabetes, heart attack). Regular exercise is also vital to ensuring that our bodies perform their best in all aspects of life.
As a personal trainer, I encourage my clients to make dramatic changes in their lives, be the best that they can be, and take what is learned in a session and incorporate it into daily life. I am a cheerleader for positive change and well-being. I know that YOU can accomplish anything!
