“I believe that a healthy lifestyle comes from a holistic approach to taking care of yourself mentally and physically. As a personal trainer, I help my clients learn new ways to improve their health and strength through physical activity, strength training and other diet and lifestyle changes. Everyone can improve their chance for a longer, healthier life by taking active control and listening to their bodies – no matter what their background or current fitness level is. I believe that exercise should be tailored to each person. It does not need to be too difficult, boring or time consuming to be effective.
Exercise has many benefits beyond improving your looks, and every little bit you do helps. It should be fun, challenging, rewarding and invigorating! Most importantly, each person is different. I love being a personal trainer because it gives me the joy of helping you reach your goals in a safe and efficient way. I work with you to develop a plan that’s best for you based on your preferences, experience, physical limitations and schedule!”
