So what’s a wellness wheel? It’s a graphical representation of the elements that comprise personal wellness. Wellness coaches, in particular, often use them to help people focus on the areas in their lives requiring the most attention. There are dozens of different versions to choose from, but they all essentially boil down to the simple one pictured here.
I could spend hours writing about how best to optimize each aspect of your wellness wheel, but there are so many others who have already done it better that I ever could.
