A Taste of African Heritage is a new cooking class series that brings this enjoyable, simple, healthy way of eating back to life. Please join us at Cayce Foods for this FREE six-class series, as we “meet” the major foods of African heritage and learn how to easily prepare them at home.

The standard American diet has taken most of us away from healthier traditional ways of eating. This 6-week series celebrates the culinary history of the African Diaspora by exploring a recipes that rely much more on plant-based, whole foods and less on animal products and highly processed foods, which are loaded with hidden sodium, sugars, and unhealthy fats. This FREE class is taught by Cafe Physique owner, Amber O’Neal, a registered dietitian nutritionist and certified personal trainer. Participants receive a book full of healthy living information and recipes along with before & after physical and lifestyle measurements.
