If you’re like most women these days, you’ve probably got a million things on your to-do list: kids, activities, work, household chores, volunteering. And you probably wish you had the time to prepare healthy balanced meals every night. Sometimes it’s just easier to open the freezer, pull out a frozen pizza and call it dinner.
It doesn’t have to be that way. By having the right items in your fridge, you can put together a healthy, well-balanced meal for your family in as long as it takes to heat that frozen pizza.
The most important thing to remember? Be prepared. Keep ingredients on hand for healthful meals so you have simple delicious options at your finger tips. With a little practice, you’ll find that making a healthy meal is one less thing to worry about and one more thing to look forward to.
