I’ve found that one of the best ways to shake up my workout routine is to completely change the music in my iPOD. My workouts are really driven by what (or who) I’m listening to, so Mariah Carey’s high notes have been known to get me through the last few reps while Sheryl Crow tunes keep my light on my feet.
