Description
Indoor or outdoor group fitness classes that combine cardiovascular activities with resistance training in a fun-filled group environment. The boot camp style workouts are fast-paced and challenging but appropriate for most fitness levels.
Frequency: 2x, 3x, 4x or 5x per week (price varies based on frequency)
Duration: Four (4) week sessions
Fitness Boot Camps are organized by request, and all per person pricing requires a minimum of 5 participants.
